Hi David, I am emailing you to express my deepest thanks for all your help and support you gave me in passing the National Assessment Centre. Before attending your course I cannot describe how worried and concerned I was about the whole process. However, little was I to know how in depth and detailed your course was and how it was going to have such an impact on the day. Everything you taught me from writing a report to role play and interview techniques were all key to my success! Everything you told me to expect on the day and how the day were to be carried out was indeed exactly how it happened. What I also found very helpful was how you encouraged me to contact you a couple of days before the Assessment to go over and refresh my mind on what you had taught me and any worries I may have.
