Stage 2 - PCSO Assessment
The assessment centre lasts for 5-hours and will further assess your suitability for the role. The assessment includes:
*2 x Interactive / Role Play exercises
*2 x Written exams
*4 Question, Structured Competency Interview
The Practice Workbook and/or a 1 Day Assessment Centre Course will be suitable training courses for individuals who have passed the initial application form. For individuals who have yet to apply, for the ultimate chance in passing the police officer recruitment process you may wish to purchase the One to One.
